(From our correspondent in Panama) The Archdiocese of Panama was authorised by the Holy See’s Apostolic Penitentiary on 8 January 2019 to grant a Plenary Indulgence to those venerating the image of Our Lady of the Rosary of Fatima, which arrived in the diocese for World Youth Day.
