(Brussels) A ban on the use of disposable plastics, the EU budget for 2019, a debate on the future of Europe (with Rumanian president Klaus Iohannis’s giving a speech to the floor): these are some of the items on the agenda of the plenary session of the European Parliament, taking place in Strasbourg next week, from Monday 22^nd to Thursday 25^th October. Another focus will be called “Rise in neo-fascist violence in Europe”. “The MEPs – a notice from the European Parliament states – are worried about the rise in hate and intolerance events all over Europe and ask the EU to respond to such rising neo-fascist violence”. A non-legislative resolution will be voted on by the floor on 25^th October.
