Monsignor Dario E. Viganò, prefect of the Holy See’s Secretariat for Communication (SfC), will visit different stands at the Frankfurt Buchmesse tomorrow, 13 October, including the “Libreria Editrice Vaticana” (“Vatican Publishing House” – LEV), “which has a great new impetus in relationships with many publishers – Mgr. Viganò said – also thanks to the presence of the new head of the Vatican Publishing House, Brother Giulio Cesareo, a young theology professor with a PhD from Freiburg who speaks six languages and is passionately devoted to the world of culture”.
“Indeed – Mgr. Viganò explained – great work is underway in Frankfurt for the release of a series of books on the theology of Pope Francis. A collection of 11 volumes of international calibre that will be released in Italy by Christmas and in which many publishers are already showing great interest. Almost 5 years since the beginning of his pontificate, theological disciplines are reread within the context of the Church. From within the Church, marked by Pope Francis’ pontificate”.
