15:00 - CZECH REPUBLIC: INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON FAMILY POLITICS OPENS TOMORROW

(Sir Europe - Bratislava) - “Factors influencing autonomous behaviour of family within fulfillment of its role in the society” will be at the center of an international conference due to take place tomorrow at the premises of the Senate of Parliament of Czech republic. The 9th edition of yearly conferences dedicated to various aspect of family politics wants to define effective measures to reduce impact of demographic crisis on the society and the role of family in this process. Experts in law, sociology, psychology and economics will reflect on topics like perspectives of Czech families, concept of common good and the role of family, solidarity in multi-generational systems and economical measures for the support of family autonomy. The event is organised by the National center for family of the Czech bishops’ conference and the Committee for health care and social politics of the Senate, in cooperation with the Konrad-Adenauer Stiftung.
